- Reproduce, print, crop, resize, and otherwise modify your User Content as needed to produce and deliver your order
- Store your User Content temporarily for production, quality control, and reorders
- Use anonymized, low-resolution copies internally for service improvement and training AI algorithms
3.3 Third-Party ServicesBy using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that, in order to fulfill your orders and provide functionality, Black Pixel AI Inc. may transmit and process your photographs, audio, video, and personal information through trusted third-party service providers, including:
- Printing and production partners
- Shipping and delivery providers
- Augmented Reality (AR) service providers
- Payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments
- Analytics and marketing platforms
While we require our partners to follow appropriate data protection and confidentiality practices, Black Pixel AI Inc. is not liable for their independent operations, which are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
4. Prohibited ContentYou agree not to upload User Content that:

- Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless required by law

- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier
